Having left Haileybury, Kirsty graduated from the University of Nottingham with a 2:1 in BA (Hons) Sociology. She embarked upon a graduate training scheme with the internationally renowned Michael Page (recruitment consultants). After 2 years she joined Deutsche Bank as a recruiter for the Investment Banking and Structured Finance Divisions. Kirsty then moved to Goldman Sachs as MBA Recruiter for the Investment Banking division and was promoted to Co-Head of Investment Banking Recruitment. She was then asked to join Allen & Overy as Head of International Recruitment. Kirsty then decided to set up her own coaching company, Grays Careers, which specialised in career mentoring and guidance for school aged children and graduates, running group sessions and 1-2-1s at leading independent prep and senior schools. She also works with her husband, Simon Bell, as co-Managing Directors of Grays Search and Selection.
