Finito helps first-time job hunters make the transition from education to employment, delivering the necessary skills and learning to prepare them for business life.
We are looking for part-time trainers with demonstrable business experience, to help us inspire young people as they embark on their first job searches. This will be a fantastic opportunity to give something back by coaching young talent, while simultaneously developing new skills in teaching and mentoring.
Our coaches will help set the tone and direction for candidates considering their future options, will impart knowledge and experience, and will guide talented individuals on their way with meaningful and insightful assistance.

We want to let as many people as possible know about the great opportunity that Finito offers to school leavers, university graduates, college leavers, mature and overseas students. To get the word out at grass roots level, and make sure no one misses out, we are looking to grow our network of connections to include more parents, teachers, heads, recruitment agents and others, all of whom can commit to helping Finito reach as many youngsters as possible.
When students start looking for their first job, it can be not only a daunting experience, but a lonely one too. We hope to expand our network across Greater London and beyond, by winning the support of those who are living and working with young people every day, so as to spread our message and give much-needed support exactly when it is needed most.
