Caroline is a qualified workplace coach and has extensive experience as a business mentor.
Until early 2021, she worked as London Partnership Manager for the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) operating closely with employers and stakeholders across London to ensure construction has the right skills in the right place at the right time.
Her whole career has been spent supporting employers in strategic workforce planning and to access training and learning solutions, and in that context she has worked closely with Government ministers across the UK. She has also supported a number of young people in making informed career choices and coached adults looking to make career changes.
She was Chief Executive of the National Training Organisation for Travel, Tourism, and Events for a number of years and as Assistant Director at UKCES she helped industry and its partners develop and maintain apprenticeship programmes.
She is now a freelance consultant and workplace coach, and is a qualified Lecturer who holds a Masters Degree in Management from the University of Manchester.
