Colin is responsible for overseeing the Work Ready course and mentoring programme.
He has held the positions of Director of Executive Degree Programmes (MBA and DBA) and Director of Career Development at Cranfield University, and established his leadership development and coaching practice in 2005 following 25 years in the energy and utilities industry in the UK and Northern Europe. He was previously Operations Director for British Gas, and has significant board-level leadership and management experience.
Colin has worked internationally and in a variety of business sectors as a coach, and has assisted a broad range of clients, including both teams and individuals.
He has a passion for developing others and helping people achieve their business and personal goals, and his style is intuitive, confident, challenging and pragmatic. He is used to working with people on the development of both their interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, imparting training, coaching, mentoring and life skills to help others reach their full potential.
