I met Ronel through a business networking event and when he explained what Finito does I was struck by how pertinent it was to my own son.  My son had an enviable education record and had headed off after his MSC in Neuroscience into a consultancy role for pharmaceutical companies, but after three successful years of completing strategic Power Point presentations and filling in his timesheets he felt very unfulfilled and decided to gain further qualifications with a MSc in Computer and Data Science.

Despite a great CV it took over 60 job applications before he was offered an interview – that then rapidly became a succession of 6 interviews and a full-blown presentation for this one company and ultimately resulted in a good job offer at a good salary.  Throughout the interview and presentation process Finito’s team mentored him at each stage.  It was exactly what my son needed to help him re-establish his career.  The employer commented at the end that he had “aced the whole process”.
