The process of getting a school or college leaver, or university graduate, into work takes time. Some employers in certain sectors have made staff cut backs and placed their recruitment plans on temporary hold and we know of some graduate entry schemes being postponed. However, there are many roles to be filled currently and, as the pandemic passes, there will undoubtedly be new opportunities and vacancies.
